University cooperations

As an innovative and technology-driven company, we cooperate with universities and colleges worldwide.

We are happy to offer students the opportunity to complete an internship in our company and support their Bachelor's or Master's thesis if the course of study and topic of the thesis suit us.

University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer

We have been working very closely with Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences for years.

For example, the Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences offers students from the departments of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Media Technology the specialization "Marketing and Sales". By participating in the so-called sales module, they acquire knowledge of typical sales processes.

For ten years now, InPro electric has been supporting the Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences with practical seminars on the topics of "Calculation for technical sales" and "Project management and sales".

University of Applied Sciences Bremen

With Bremen University of Applied Sciences, we have gained another strategic university cooperation partner.

Bremen University of Applied Sciences offers more than 60 different degree programs at a total of five faculties.

From the 2017/18 winter semester, Bremen University of Applied Sciences has been offering the new Mechatronics/Automation course. This enables students to choose between the two profiles of mechatronics and automation technology and to deepen their course of study.

Because of the local proximity and our core competence "production automation in the automotive industry", it was obvious for us to act as a future practical partner of the dual course of study in mechatronics/automation.

From the coming winter semester 2018/2019, we will be offering you the opportunity to study the dual version of the course with InPro electric as a practice partner.

Jade University Wilhelmshaven

InPro electric is also cooperating with the Jade University of Applied Sciences in Wilhelmshaven.

At the Jade University of Applied Sciences, we are now offering a combined degree course in electrical engineering for the summer or winter semester.

The practice-oriented degree program with study support enables students to gain experience for their future career during their studies through individual practical phases at InPro electric.

Technical University of Central Hesse

Another cooperation partner is the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen in Giessen. Here you will regularly find InPro electric at the careers fairs. We offer students at THM Giessen internships, project work and final theses, among other things.

University of Applied Sciences Magdeburg-Stendal

Industrial change and globalization are significantly changing our current and future markets. In the automotive industry in particular, future business is shifting to international markets.

We are where our customers are!

In order to counteract the shortage of skilled workers, we would like to support our future young talent during the study phase. We are looking for employees who have the desire and interest to operate in international markets and who want to develop not only professionally, but especially personally.

In Magdeburg/Stendal University of Applied Sciences, we have found a strategic partner who supports us in providing students with practical insights into international activities in the automotive industry.

From the summer semester of 2018, we will be working with Magdeburg/Stendal University of Applied Sciences to offer a practice-oriented Master's degree course with a stay abroad at our subsidiary in China and participation in selected lectures at Changchun University of Technology.

At the start of the Master's program, you will receive an employment contract from us, complete various practical phases in current projects during the lecture-free period and receive language training in preparation for your stay in China. After your stay in China, you will complete your colloquium at Magdeburg/Stendal University of Applied Sciences and will be offered a position at InPro electric if you successfully pass the final Master's examination.

Polytechnic University of Valencia

Internationally, too, we attach great importance to intensifying contact with colleges and universities at an early stage in order to give students an insight into future practice.

In this regard, our subsidiary InPro electric España S. L. in Valencia (Spain) cooperates with the Universidad Politècnica de València and offers seminars in the field of project management.

Silesian University of Technology

In 2017, InPro electric GmbH founded another subsidiary, InPro electric Sp. Z o.o. in Katowice, Poland. At the same time, we have set ourselves the goal of establishing the new location in engineering with qualified young talent from local universities.

We have found a strong cooperation partner in the wide range of electrical engineering courses offered by the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, which gives us the opportunity to specifically support students from the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice and recruit them after they have successfully completed their studies.

InPro electric Sp. Z o.o. is providing the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice with a robot cell to teach students about automation technology and our core competence "production automation in the automotive industry" during their studies.

The robot will be used for promotion, demonstration, training and education. As an educational exhibit, this robot cell can also be used for research as part of a doctorate to conduct demonstrations and robotics lessons and PLC control programming at the Faculty of Automation, Electronics and Computer Science.

As the first application for robots and students, a handling task is being prepared by InPro electric. Thanks to a simple and quick exchange system for the "work plates", it can be quickly converted to another application.

This robot is a new model from the manufacturer KUKA: KUKA KR 20 R1810 Cybertech in Safe version.

This cell uses the latest technology from the leading manufacturers in automation technology.

A current SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1500F CPU with the latest TIA Portal is used for the PLC control of the cell.

The WinCC Advanced software is used for visualization.

Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (Autonomous University of Puebla)

The cooperation between Emden/Leer University of Applied Sciences, the Mexican university Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP) and InPro electric even has an innovative pilot character. Each year, two students from Emden (Master's degree course in Industrial Informatics) and Puebla will not only have the opportunity to study at the other university, but also to be employed by InPro electric at the same time in order to gain practical experience during their studies. The final thesis is also completed in collaboration between the sending universities and InPro electric . After graduation, the students continue to work for our company.

Changchun University of Technology

Inpro electric is now committed to the international training and promotion of young, motivated students worldwide. Accordingly, we have also been looking for a strategic cooperation partner at our location in China who offers us the opportunity to establish contact with the students at an early stage and to give the students an initial insight into the practical side of InPro electric through various offers. The aim of the cooperation is to build up local personnel in China in the long term and deploy them for our projects worldwide.

With the University of Technology Changchun and the University of Applied Sciences Magdeburg/Stendal, we are starting a student exchange between the University of Applied Sciences Magdeburg, the University of Technology Changchun and Inpro electric as a sponsor and practice partner in 2018. Each year, two German students from the Bachelor's or Master's degree program in electrical engineering will have the opportunity to complete a parallel training program at the university with an approximately ten-month stay abroad. Bachelor's students at Magdeburg University of Applied Sciences can apply for the program from the third semester onwards. Master's students start at the beginning of their first Master's semester. Participants in the program receive an employment contract from us, gain initial insights into automation technology in the automotive industry and receive language training in preparation for their stay in China. The students at the University of Technology Changchun in China have roughly the same procedure, adapted to the Chinese study regulations, and complete the program with a ten-month stay in Germany.

After successfully completing the program, the students receive an employment contract from us and have the option of working for one of our locations worldwide.
